On my desktop its Read Kit. But on my phone and iPad its been Lire for the last couple years. Hands down.
I have purchased countless RSS Newsreader apps, many I like a lot and I can only recommend three out of the literal dozens I have, only two of those work on iPhone.
To be fair to all concerned Ill only say Lire is my number one choice of those top three. And I am an RSS news junkie. Big time.
Its primary benefit: downloads the mornings feeds for all-day (if necessary) off-line reading. No cell-phone data bandwidth needed.
I also love its ability to parse feeds into a nice text-only format, a lot like reading a paper.
Also there are a lot of optional customizability settings. This thing will look and work the way you want it to. And it works as a stand-alone or sync through Feedly or other services.
Finally, and most important to me: the developer is alive. This app is alive. I am seeing regular app updates every month or two, which I believe is important: bugs, glitches, and so on are a lot more likely to be caught and fixed in this app quickly (which are also pretty rare at this point.)
Seriously: Lire is freakin awesome and worth more than what is being charged for it.
